We are looking for exterior wall panel installers for our Houston, Texas location. The position will report to contract sites as directed by Superintendents and Project Managers. New employees will work alongside experienced installers for hands-on, job-specific training. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of jobsite safety, the ability to work with hand power tools, and experience operating aerial equipment.

Status: Hourly field position

Directly reports to: Field Foreman

EXPERIENCE:

· Handling, cutting, and installing architectural metal panels

· ACM/formed metal panel experience is preferred

· Other exterior wall cladding

Spanish-English bilingual preferred

DUTIES:

· Read and understand shop drawings

· Complete NOW’s new hire safety training

· Learn NOW panel system and installation technique

· Keep up productivity to meet schedule

· Communicate effectively with team members

· Obtain equipment operation certification

PAY: up to $20.00 to 22.00 an hour
